Service
CatalogDiff is a browser-based preflight tool that compares SKU and price data in a source spreadsheet with text detected in a PDF catalog.
Free scan and paid reports
CatalogDiff may scan a real catalog of up to 5,000 source rows without charge. The free scan shows summary counts and a limited number of example issues. The complete issue list, PDF page details, filters, and CSV export require a paid plan unless you are viewing the built-in demo.
Plans and limits
Starter is billed at $19 per month and unlocks full reports for catalogs up to 1,000 source rows per check. Pro is billed at $29 per month and unlocks full reports for catalogs up to 5,000 source rows per check. Paid plans allow unlimited full-report checks within their per-check row limits. CatalogDiff currently supports source spreadsheets up to 20 MB and PDFs up to 50 MB. Limits and plan features shown in the Pricing section form part of these terms.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Billing is processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. You may cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. Access tied to a canceled subscription may remain available until the end of the paid billing period and then expire. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and the payment provider's applicable terms and policies.
License use
A paid license is for the purchasing customer or their small team. The same license may be activated on the customer's ordinary work and personal devices. A reasonable technical activation cap may be applied to prevent public sharing or resale. Do not publish, resell, or use another customer's license key. CatalogDiff may validate paid licenses periodically and may deny paid features when a subscription is expired, disabled, or invalid.
No guarantee
CatalogDiff can miss errors or flag correct content for review, particularly in scanned PDFs, unusual layouts, formatted prices, or documents where extracted text order differs from visual order. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving any catalog, price list, brochure, or other document before publication, distribution, or printing.
Acceptable use
You may use CatalogDiff only with files you are authorized to process. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, attempts to interfere with the site, automated abuse of the hosting infrastructure, or attempts to bypass paid-report limits or license validation.
Availability
The service is provided as available and may change or be discontinued. No warranty of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free results is made.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CatalogDiff and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or commercial losses arising from reliance on the tool's output.
